What we look for in a recruit

Because the web is a relatively new medium, we don't expect every salesperson, graphic designer, programmer, or content developer to be completely knowledgeable or formally trained in their respective practice. We personally educate and train each recruit until he or she is capable of taking on responsibility, such as working with customers, designing graphics, and programming. All we require of you is that you are driven to learn our process and that you work well with other members of the team.

| Content Development | Content is the most important element of a website because it drives traffic and sales. As a content developer, you must be able to communicate with customers and understand their goals, their industry, their competitors, and their customers. We are looking for people with research skills and the ability to think and write creatively and persuasively. | |
| Data Entry | Data entry, as the name implies, involves organizing and importing content to websites. Content includes page text, product photos, and product descriptions. Sometimes there is a need to manipulate photos and images to improve their appearance on the website. | |
| Graphic Design | The three graphic design services we offer are web graphic design (e.g., flash), print design (e.g., business cards), and brand design (e.g., logos). Some HTML experience is preferred, but not required. Experience with design software such as Adobe Photoshop is essential. | |
| Marketing | Our marketing services are more focused on online rather than traditional marketing. We look for creative thinkers and writers who can research, plan, and implement online advertising efforts, such as pay-per-click campaigns. | |
| Programming | Software development is our primary service. We look for people who are fast learners and willing to be trained according to our requirements. All recruits start at the entry level position working on basic programming tasks until they are knowledgeable and experienced enough to take part in large scale software development projects. | |
