From the beginning of this process you took extra time to listen to what I wanted, view what our competition had, and have shown me what your team is capable of doing. Throughout the website development I was treated as family. I shouldn’t be surprised by this, as that is what other customers of yours conveyed to me, but it is gratifying nonetheless. You have had patience with us while we resolved some internal issues, and have built us the ideal website. Our shopping cart is unique, and I expect it will become the industry model. The back end is so incredibly user friendly that even someone with marginal computer skills such as myself can easily manage it. The resources available to us built into the site provide a great deal of marketing data.

Since we are in Colorado and BBB Systems is based out of Arizona, we had to do everything over the phone, internet, and Go-To Meetings. The entire team at BBB Systems has been wonderful! From the initial contact that we had with the team at BBB Systems through the entire process we have had every question answered in the matter of seconds. The website that was created for us was the first that BBB Systems has done for the Bridal business. Their team did a ton of research on our competition, designers, and industry. They let us know exactly what they needed from us in order to create the beautiful and elegant site that we now have. Our bridal store has been in business for 27 years. Although we are very well known in the bridal business in Colorado, we knew that we needed to have a website developed that would work for us and that could reach a different customer base. We did have a website before, but it wasn’t being utilized because of the way that it was set up. When our website launched in early January 2010 we have been so happy with the amount of traffic and business that we have already received! We have had more clients come in and say that they found us on the web and loved gowns that were featured and decided schedule appointments because of it. We have also had tons of clients from out of state find us as well; this has to be because of the content that our site holds. We are also extremely happy that we are able to make our own updates to our website as well. The system that BBB Systems has developed is easy to navigate and only takes a matter of minutes to make changes. We constantly have new gowns arriving, trunk shows, and brides that have gotten married that we want to share photos and information online! This website allows us to do so much and is truly a working asset for our business. We have recently created a few forms online as well. This has allowed us to get all the information and signed contracts from brides and bridal parties that are out of state much quicker. It has also helped to cut back on doing as much business through faxes and mail! Our entire website was developed for our business and is working for us. We have the most beautiful site that is driving traffic directly to us. We have learned so much about how the internet and websites work, and we are seeing the return on our investment already.
