Despite the ever increasing popularity of outsourced projects and the use of canned software by others in our industry, we pride ourselves in producing our products in-house and working with our clients personally without outsourcing product development and customer services to third party vendors. Their common concerns are the quality, integrity and security of their project and as a fundamental policy we institute strict measures to ensure that every product is designed and delivered as requested and that every client’s trust and confidence are satisfied.
How We Work
Our initial meeting with a prospective client takes place either in person or via a web conferencing system. This introductory phase allows us to understand the client's needs and goals and find the right solution. During this meeting the client will be introduced to the key players who will handle their project from start to finish, including the project manager, lead information architect, graphic designer, software engineer, and marketing strategist. The meeting concludes with the client's request for a proposal, which we usually deliver within two business days, followed by a project work order detailing the specific work to be done and outlining the development schedule.Most important is that every project is overseen by an in-house project manager for optimal results. All projects are hosted locally on BBB Systems' test servers allowing our clients to access and review the development of their project. Milestones in the development are formally reported to and approved by the client, reinforcing that the project is designed and delivered as agreed.
Every project, whether it's a complex software application or a simple corporate website, is thoroughly tested and debugged before being released for its intended use (software) or launched under its designated domain name (website). Websites integrated with our proprietary software, especially our Web Content Management System, are hosted on our secure servers unless other licensing arrangements are made.
